Having a bad night of it. Can't breathe. Took inhaler, but it's taking forever. Anxiety is kicking in, but I can't find my lorazepram. Fuck. #
My brain needs to stop with the anxiety attack already. It's making breathing harder. Which is making the anxiety worse. Stupid cycle. #
Took inhaler again. Finally seems to be kicking in. Maybe I'll be able to sleep (and breathe) tonight after all. #
